Dr. Sheriff M. Sahadulla is a physician leader with more than 30 years of experience across clinical medicine and hospital operations. He spent a significant portion of his career in the United States, holding senior leadership roles in multi-specialty hospital environments. Dr. Sheriff’s career combines hands-on clinical practice with senior executive leadership in hospital management. His experience across healthcare systems in the United States has provided deep exposure to patient safety, quality improvement, and operational excellence.

Dr. Sheriff’s appointments have included Medical Director, Hospital Medicine at Falmouth Hospital (MA) and St. Joseph’s Hospital (NH) and President of the Medical Staff. He held national level positions as Regional Medical Director for national healthcare management companies – EmCare and TEAMHealth. Throughout his career, his work has reflected a strong focus on quality, patient-centered care, and effective healthcare delivery. Widely recognized as a clinician leader, he has received multiple awards for quality and patient-centered care, including being named a Top Doctor by New Hampshire Magazine in 2011 and 2014. He also received the TEAMHealth Regional Medical Director and Vice President of the Year Award in 2014 and was named CEO of the Year in Bahrain in 2023.

 

Dr. Sheriff joined KIMSHEALTH in 2015 as Executive Director and Chief Medical Officer. In 2018, he was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer, a role in which he continues to lead the organization with a strong focus on clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient-focused care across the KIMSHEALTH network.
