Overview
A leadership-led approach to safety
Quality and patient safety are core priorities at KIMSHEALTH GCC. We operate a leadership-driven quality framework aligned with international best practices to deliver safe, effective, patient-centred, and high-reliability care.
The framework integrates governance, clinical excellence, patient safety, risk management, patient experience, and continuous performance improvement, supported by standardised policies, evidence-based practices, measurable indicators, and structured feedback mechanisms.
Global Quality Framework
How we ensure consistent, high-reliability care
Accreditation is viewed as a strategic enabler of quality standardisation and global alignment. Inculcating transparency and learning, we reinforce a fair reporting process, which focuses on system improvement.
In Bahrain, two hospitals and three medical centres have achieved the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) Diamond Accreditation - the highest possible rating. Meanwhile, both medical centres in Saudi Arabia are accredited by the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
