Care Before the Procedure
- Undergo vestibular assessment and medical evaluation.

- Wear comfortable clothing for movement exercises.

Care During the Procedure
- Perform guided exercises for gaze stabilisation, balance, and posture.
- Follow therapist’s instructions carefully to prevent falls or injury.
- Track symptom changes and report discomfort or worsening dizziness.
- Sessions may include habituation and adaptation exercises.
Care After the Procedure
- Continue prescribed home exercises to reinforce progress.
- Monitor for dizziness, nausea, or imbalance and report if severe.
- Gradually increase activity levels as advised.
- Follow up with the therapist for reassessment and exercise adjustment.
