A breast lump is a localized swelling or mass within the breast tissue. Fibroadenoma is one of the most common benign breast lumps, especially in young women. These lumps are usually non-cancerous, smooth, and mobile. However, not all breast lumps are harmless, making evaluation essential to rule out malignancy. Breast lumps may arise from hormonal changes, cysts, or tumors.
