Aviation Medicine
Our Department of Aviation Medicine, also known as flight medicine or aerospace medicine, is a specialised form of preventive or occupational medicine that focuses on the health of patients/subjects who are pilots, aircrews, or astronauts. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including Initial Class I Aeromedical Examinations, Direct Reinstatements for Flying Crews, Class III Aeromedical Examinations, and Fitness-To-Work Assessments.

Cardiology
Our Cardiology Department delivers prevention, diagnosis and treatment for heart diseases through personalised care and advanced technology. Risk clinics for blood pressure and lipids offer non-invasive testing (ECG, echocardiogram, treadmill stress test, Holter monitor, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring) and provide interventional services in a modern Catheterisation Laboratory, including device therapy and structural procedures. We maintain 24/7 cardiac ICU coverage and consultant availability to ensure rapid treatment for acute events. Post-procedure, patients receive tailored rehabilitation and multidisciplinary support that spans diabetes, pulmonary, and genetic services.

Dental
Our Department of Dental, Clinical, Oral, and Maxillofacial Surgery delivers specialist care for complex dental, facial and oral conditions through a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, restorative dentists, orthodontists and allied specialists. We offer TMJ and facial pain clinics, advanced implant and zygomatic solutions, complex trauma and reconstructive surgery, orthodontics (including clear aligners), endodontics and pediatric/special-needs dentistry that is often supported by a dedicated dental operating theatre. Diagnosis and planning use digital tools (CBCT, intraoral scanning, CAD-CAM, and AI-assisted workflows), while integrated perioperative care, laser therapy, and rehabilitation ensure safe, coordinated outcomes.

Dermatology & Cosmetology
Our Dermatology & Cosmetology Department delivers medical and aesthetic skin care through an experienced team led by Dr Rema Devi T J. We treat a full range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, alongside advanced cosmetic procedures, supported by dedicated pediatric and hair-disorder clinics. Complex needs such as facial trauma, oral–maxillofacial coordination and oncology-related care are managed through multidisciplinary pathways with reconstructive and ENT colleagues. Diagnostics and treatment are underpinned by modern equipment (CBCT, top-tier lasers & hydrafacial systems), strict infection control and a patient-centred environment designed for comfort and safety.

Endocrinology
Our Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism offers specialist, long-term care for hormone and metabolic disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disease, pituitary, adrenal and bone-health conditions. Our endocrinologists work with surgery, oncology, ophthalmology, obstetrics and transplant teams to deliver personalised diagnostic pathways (blood tests, imaging, bone density and thyroid biopsy) and tailored medical, procedural and surgical plans. Services include diabetes and lipid management, obesity and metabolic-syndrome care (with bariatric pathways), pediatric growth and puberty clinics, reproductive endocrinology and gender-affirming hormone support.

ENT
Our ENT Department delivers specialist care from routine ear, nose, and throat conditions to complex skull-base and head-and-neck surgery. Our multidisciplinary team of otolaryngologists, audiologists and allied specialists provides advanced endoscopic and microscopic procedures, cochlear implantation and full audiology services, supported by dedicated theatres and modern diagnostics. We use minimally invasive techniques (coblation, balloon sinuplasty, image-guided endoscopy, PRP) and run specialist clinics for sinus & skull-base surgery, snoring & sleep apnea, pediatric ENT and head-and-neck oncology. Care is coordinated with reconstructive and oncology teams to ensure precise, safe and patient-centred outcomes.

Family Medicine
Our Institute of Family Medicine provides continuous, comprehensive primary care for all ages, from newborns to older adults. Our family physicians deliver evidence-based management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive health (including vaccinations and screening), minor procedures and mental-health support, while coordinating specialist referrals when needed. Services include general OPD, corporate and school health programmes, community outreach, home visits and tailored wellness initiatives. We focus on patient-centred care, shared decision-making and long-term partnerships to keep families healthy and to simplify complex care pathways.

Gastroenterology
Our Gastrosciences service diagnoses and treats conditions of the digestive system such as the oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, pancreas and bile ducts. Our team of gastroenterologists, hepatologists and specialist nurses use advanced, minimally invasive techniques to give precise care. POEM (Peroral Endoscopic Myotomy) treats oesophageal motility disorders, ESD to remove early tumours without open surgery, ERCP and SpyGlass for bile-duct problems, EndoVAC for closing leaks, STER for subepithelial tumours, and capsule endoscopy to image the small intestine. We also perform diagnostics and therapeutic endoscopy (OGD, colonoscopy, EUS, manometry, pH studies) and offer stenting, polypectomy, dilation, variceal therapy and biliary drainage as needed. In addition, age appropriate diagnostics and transplant-linked care are provided with dietitians and psychological support built into long-term plans.

General Medicine
Our General Medicine specialists provide comprehensive adult healthcare for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of acute and chronic medical conditions. From routine physical exams and health screenings to complex disease management, our experienced physicians deliver coordinated, evidence-based care tailored to your needs. Whether managing diabetes, hypertension, infections, or general wellness concerns, we focus on personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and quality of life.

Internal Medicine
Our Internal Medicine service offers both primary and specialist consultative care for adults with acute illnesses, chronic conditions and complex multisystem problems. With physicians who manage long-term diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and respiratory conditions, while also treating infections, injuries and musculoskeletal concerns. We offer consultant-led inpatient care through a dedicated hospitalist service and an Acute Medicine Unit with 24-hour doctor and nurse coverage, supported by round-the-clock diagnostics (radiology, pathology and microbiology). Advanced treatments include non-invasive ventilation, high-flow nasal oxygen, plasmapheresis and coordinated plasma therapies, together with integrated physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Our team works closely with surgical and speciality colleagues for complex cases, and we provide home-care, adult immunisation, preventive & executive health checks, and visa medicals for international patients.

Neonatology
Our Neonatology unit provides consultant-led care for premature, critically ill and surgically complex newborns. Our team, consisting of neonatologists, specialist nurses, respiratory therapists and allied experts give 24/7 intensive and high-dependency support, including advanced ventilation, non-invasive respiratory support, central lines and parenteral nutrition, dialysis, neonatal transport and emergency procedures. We manage most surgical and medical neonatal conditions (excluding neonatal cardiac surgery), run structured neurodevelopmental follow-up clinics, and prioritise family-centred practices such as kangaroo mother care and lactation support. As an NNF Level 3B unit with isolation rooms, modern monitoring and dedicated infrastructure, our outcomes for very preterm infants align with international standards, while active research and education continually improve care.

Nephrology
The Department of Nephrology provides comprehensive kidney care, from diagnosis to medical management to advanced dialysis and transplantation. We treat kidney stones, glomerular disease, diabetic kidney problems, and hypertension, and provide pediatric nephrology and onconephrology care when necessary. Our team manages living-donor, high risk, and ABO-incompatible transplants through modern dialysis units (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, HDF and CRRT for critically ill patients), interventional nephrology procedures, and a leading transplant program. Obstetrics & Gynecology
Our Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology offers comprehensive, patient-centred care for women at every stage of life, from routine gynaecology to complex high-risk pregnancies. Consultant-led services are available 24/7, supported by extended OPD hours and a multidisciplinary team of obstetricians, gynaecologists, foetal-medicine specialists, anaesthetists and specialist nurses. Our facilities include modern birthing suites with continuous foetal monitoring, dedicated operating theatres for advanced and minimally invasive surgery, and 3D/4D imaging and colposcopy for precise diagnostics. We provide a full spectrum of care—labour and delivery (vaginal and caesarean), fertility and assisted-reproduction services (IVF/ICSI), laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures, gynaecologic oncology and comprehensive postnatal support—coordinated with neonatal and critical-care teams as needed.

Ophthalmology
In our Department of Ophthalmology, we provide comprehensive eye care for all ages, ranging from routine vision checks to complex surgery. Our ophthalmologists diagnose and treat cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disease (including transplants), retinal disorders, paediatric eye problems, and eye injuries or infections. In addition to advanced diagnostics, such as slit-lamp exams, OCT, perimetry, and imaging, we offer proven treatments such as phacoemulsification, ICLs, retinal and glaucoma surgery, as well as oculoplastic and lacrimal procedures. Care is coordinated with other specialties for safe peri-operative support and rehabilitation, and our clinics and theatres are equipped for day-case and inpatient procedures.

Orthopaedics (Orthopaedic Surgery)
KIMSHEALTH’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery offers internationally recognised, multidisciplinary care for all musculoskeletal problems. Using minimally invasive techniques ranging from endoscopic spine surgery to robotic joint replacement, our surgeons develop a treatment plan customised for each patient by working closely with anaesthesia, rehabilitation, and other specialists. We manage complex trauma and fractures with a dedicated 24/7 trauma ICU, provide limb reconstruction (including Ilizarov techniques) and perform microsurgical reimplantation for severe limb injuries. Pediatrics
Our Paediatrics services provide comprehensive, family-centred care for infants, children and adolescents. Be it routine check-ups, immunisations, complex, multisystem treatment or critical care. Our multidisciplinary team of paediatricians, neonatologists, paediatric surgeons, cardiologists, neurologists, nephrologists, dietitians and therapists work together to design personalised care plans supported by advanced diagnostics, paediatric endoscopy, PICU services and transplant-linked pathways. Plastic Surgery
Our Department of Plastic, Reconstructive & Microvascular Surgery offers comprehensive care for both functional and cosmetic needs, handling routine aesthetic procedures as well as complex reconstructions that other centres may refer to. Our surgeons are trained in microvascular “free tissue transfer” for head and neck reconstruction. We treat congenital differences, trauma and burns, cancer-related defects, hand conditions and complex vascular problems, and provide a full suite of cosmetic options from rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery to liposuction and non-surgical skin treatments. Supported by a craniofacial unit, dedicated burn services, lymphedema care and specialist operating theatres, the team works closely with oncologists, ENT, maxillofacial and rehabilitation specialists to plan each case.

Urology
The Urology Department at KIMSHEALTH provides comprehensive care for disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system under the leadership of Dr Renu Thomas, combining advanced technology with surgical expertise. We specialise in minimally invasive approaches-ECIRS for complex kidney stones, HoLEP for prostate enlargement, and advanced laparoscopic procedures to reduce recovery time. We have performed over 600 kidney transplants, including paediatric, cadaveric, multiorgan and ABO-incompatible cases, and manage dialysis access and post-transplant care. Our services also cover urogynecology, reconstructive urology, uro-oncology, men’s health, paediatric urology and dedicated clinics for stones and prostate disease. With on-site diagnostics (urodynamics, cystoscopy, CT, 3T MRI, ultrasound and nuclear scans), 24/7 emergency urology, a multidisciplinary tumour board, rehabilitation and pharmacy support, we deliver coordinated, patient-centred care at every stage.

Emergency
Our Emergency Medicine Department delivers 24/7, consultant-led care for medical, surgical, trauma, cardiac and pediatric emergencies. NABH-accredited since 2017, the department is equipped with specialist stroke and cardiac units, Level-1 adult trauma care, burns and poisoning management, disaster response and tele-triage. Rapid triage, AI-enabled ambulance integration and seamless access to multidisciplinary specialists ensure timely decisions, safe treatment, and smooth continuity of care when every minute matters.

Radiology
Interventional radiology at KIMSHEALTH uses image-guided, minimally invasive techniques—placing tiny catheters or wires under X-ray, CT or ultrasound—to diagnose and treat disease, often avoiding open surgery and shortening hospital stays. Our NABH-accredited Radiology Department operates a fully digital workflow (RIS/PACS) with 24/7 diagnostic and interventional services, including 3T MRI with AI acceleration, PET-CT, high-resolution CT and extensive ultrasound capacity. We help individuals with procedures such as biopsies and drainages, vascular interventions and stenting, biliary drainage and PTBD, tumour embolisation (TACE/TARE), ablation (RFA/MWA), complex angiography (DSA), and image-guided pain blocks. DNNB/DRNB training programs provide clinical-radiological case reviews and support multidisciplinary care across neuro, cardiac, hepatobiliary, oncology, and transplant services.

Mental Health (Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine)
Our Psychiatry & Behavioural Medicine team offers personalised, confidential care for mental health and addiction across all ages, delivered by psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and specialist practitioners. Our treatment plans combine therapy, medication and practical support tailored to each individual’s needs. Our service includes 24/7 emergency psychiatry, with other specialties (including perinatal, geriatric and liaison psychiatry), and caregiver support programmes for dementia. Neuro Surgery
Our Neuro Surgery Department cares for complex conditions of the brain, spine and nervous system in both adults and children, combining advanced surgical skill with thoughtful, patient-first care. Our experienced neurosurgeons work closely with neurologists, intensivists, radiologists and rehabilitation teams to decide the best treatment path—whether surgical or non-surgical—based on what is safest and most effective for each patient. We manage brain tumours, stroke and trauma emergencies, spine disorders, vascular conditions such as aneurysms and AVMs, epilepsy and nerve pain, using modern techniques including minimally invasive and endoscopic surgery to support faster recovery.

Neurology
Our Neurology Department delivers expert care for disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles, combining rapid acute treatment with long-term management and rehabilitation. We treat stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders (including Parkinson’s), neuromuscular disease, dementia, neuro-immunological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, headaches and balance problems, paediatric neurology and complex infections. Our teams work with advanced imaging and diagnostic tools (MRI, PET, EEG, electrophysiology and sleep labs) with dedicated units including a Stroke Unit and Neuro ICU for urgent care. Oncology
Our Cancer Center offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary cancer care within a quaternary hospital setting, ensuring that every form of therapy and supportive service is available under one roof. With dedicated departments in Medical, Surgical, Radiation and Hemato-Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, Genomics and Palliative Care, our experienced teams deliver evidence-based, personalised treatment through advanced technologies such as linear accelerators, PET-CT, NGS-based precision oncology, CAR-T therapy and bone marrow transplantation.
